- 150 grams Yogurt
- 40 grams Honey
- 100 grams Heavy cream
- 10 grams Granulated sugar
- 3 grams Gelatin
- 15 grams Water
Directions

1Melt the gelatin in water over a double boiler.

2Mix yogurt and honey in a bowl.

3Add gelatin and heat over a double boiler or in the microwave.

4When the gelatin is nicely mixed in, it's ready.

5Put heavy cream and granulated sugar into a bowl and whisk well until thickened.

6Add the yoghurt mixture to the cream and mix some more.

7Pour into the glasses and allow to cool in the fridge.

8When they have hardened, top with sauce and fruit and they are done.
