Honey Yogurt Mousse

  • 150 grams Yogurt
  • 40 grams Honey
  • 100 grams Heavy cream
  • 10 grams Granulated sugar
  • 3 grams Gelatin
  • 15 grams Water

Directions

    Melt the gelatin in water over a double boiler.

    Mix yogurt and honey in a bowl.
  3. 3
    Add gelatin and heat over a double boiler or in the microwave.

    When the gelatin is nicely mixed in, it's ready.

    Put heavy cream and granulated sugar into a bowl and whisk well until thickened.

    Add the yoghurt mixture to the cream and mix some more.

    Pour into the glasses and allow to cool in the fridge.

    When they have hardened, top with sauce and fruit and they are done.
