  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. honey or 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1/2 c. flour

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar.

    Blend in honey or syrup and vanilla.

    Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.

    Combine flour, cocoa and salt.

    Gradually add to creamed mixture.

    Add nuts and pour into 9 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
