- 100 grams Caster Sugar
- 150 grams Unsalted Butter
- 500 grams Cream Cheese
- 300 ml Double Cream
- 200 grams Digestive Biscuits
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (or 1 Pod)
- 2 Bags of Cadburys Crunchie Nuggets
Directions

1Grease a 23cm tin and smash the biscuits in a bag.

2Melt the butter in a pan over a low heat, add the crumbs and stir.

3Remove from heat, place in tin and squash down.

4Set in the fridge for 1hr.

5Place cheese, sugar and extract in a bowl and mix.

6Whisk cream in a separate bowl until it creates soft peaks.

7Pour in the bags of Crunchie Nuggets and mix.

8Add the cheese mix and fold in.

9Place the mix on the base and set in the fridge for 1hr.

10Sprinkle honeycomb on top to decorate!
