- 32 large marshmallows or 3 c. miniature
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 5 c. crispy corn puff, toasted oat, corn flake or whole wheat flake cereal
Directions

1Heat marshmallows and margarine in a 3-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth.

2Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.

3Stir in half of the cereal at a time until evenly coated.

4Press into buttered baking dish, 9 x 9 x 2-inch.

5Cool; cut into bars, 2 x 1-inch.

6Yields about 3 dozen bars.
