- 1 medium honeydew melon
- 1 ripe cantaloupe
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 2 medium onions
- 1 lb. brown rice
Directions

1Cook brown rice over fire until steaming.

2Do not rinse.

3Take rice off fire and let stand.

4Chop honeydew melon and cantaloupe into medium to small squares.

5Place in large 12-inch skillet. Turn fire on low and add tomato sauce.

6Slice onions into mix.

7Let this mixture simmer for approximately 1/2 hour.

8Season to taste. When mixture is done, serve over brown rice.
