- 1- trout
- powdered cloves
- honey
- olice oil
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Take the cloves and sprinkle in the olive oil in fry pan over heat.

2Spread honey on skin of trout from head to tail on both sides.

3Salt and pepper inside and out.

4Put the trout in the hot oil and cloves.

5Fry uncovered on one side, then turn over after a few minutes.

6Cover pan and cook trout through.

7Cook about five minutes.

8Serve with fresh spinach greens and sliced pears with vinaigrette dressing. Add a baked potato too, if desired.
