  • 1 c. mixed nuts
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

    Bring brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil over medium high heat for 5 min.

    Then add in extract and baking soda.

    Remove from heat.

    Combine popcorn and nuts in large lightly greased pan.

    Then pour liquid mix over the popcorn and nuts, mixing well.

    Be sure all is coated.
