- 1 dozen hard-boiled egg
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 14 cup prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- paprika
Directions

1Peel and slice eggs longwise.

2Remove yolk to a bowl, lay out whites on a plate.

3Smash yolks with a fork.

4Add mayo, horseradish, mustard,sugar and cumin.

5Blend with a hand mixer until smooth.

6Stuff the egg whites with yolk mixture.

7Sprinke with paprika.

8Cover and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
