  • 2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 (5 oz.) jar horseradish
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups hot water.

    Stir well.

    Add cold water, salt and vinegar.

    Stir.

    Cool to jellied stage.

    Stir in horseradish and whipped cream.

    Pour into an oiled mold.

    When thoroughly set, unmold.

    Garnish with parsley leaflets.

    Excellent with ham.
