- 2 c. coconut
- 3/4 c. oleo
- 1 (16 oz.) cool whip
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. sliced almonds, chopped pecans, OR walnuts
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 jar caramel
- 3 graham cracker pie crust OR long oblong dish
Directions

1Toast coconut, nuts, and oleo for 15 minutes at 375, stirring. Let cool.

2Mix cool whip, Eagle Brand milk, and cream cheese.

3Pour into pie crust.

4Sprinkle with toasted coconut mixture.

5Pour caramel over pie and freeze.

6Thaw a few minutes before serving. Will keep 2 - 3 weeks in freezer.
