  • 1/4 c. cut-up salt pork
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 3 c. cooked beans
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 hot crushed pepper

Directions

    Brown salt pork in a large fry pan.

    Chop onion, green pepper and celery; put in the pan.

    Heat slowly until hot, stirring as needed to keep from sticking.
