- 4 strips raw bacon
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 1 can each: green beans, yellow beans and kidney beans, drained
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
Directions

1Using scissors, snip bacon in small pieces into 2-quart casserole.

2Microwave 3 to 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. With slotted spoon, remove bacon pieces to paper towel to drain. To bacon drippings, add sugar, cornstarch, salt, pepper and vinegar.

3Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes until thick.

4Add vegetables and onion.

5Stir well; cover.

6Microwave 6 minutes on High, stirring after 3 minutes.

7Let stand 10 minutes before serving to blend.

8Sprinkle bacon pieces on top.
