- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3 oz. pkg. (or jar) dried beef, chopped
- 1 c. milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
Directions

1Saute onions in margarine.

2Add milk and cream cheese.

3Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.

4Add rest of the ingredients and heat thoroughly, stirring now and then.

5Serve with Bugles or sliced French bread.
