Ingredients

  • 2 lb. knockwurst
  • 1 c. beer
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 4 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. mustard
  • 4 tsp. horseradish

Directions

    Cut knockwurst into 1-inch pieces and brown in skillet.

    Add beer and cook, covered, for 10 minutes.

    Combine sugar, cornstarch and blend in vinegar, mustard and horseradish.

    Add to sausage. Cook and stir until thick.

    Place in a fondue pot and serve.
