- 2 lb. knockwurst
- 1 c. beer
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. mustard
- 4 tsp. horseradish
Directions

1Cut knockwurst into 1-inch pieces and brown in skillet.

2Add beer and cook, covered, for 10 minutes.

3Combine sugar, cornstarch and blend in vinegar, mustard and horseradish.

4Add to sausage. Cook and stir until thick.

5Place in a fondue pot and serve.
