Hot Broccoli Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 20 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli
  • 4 oz. sliced mushrooms (use stems and pieces)
  • 1 1/2 cups slivered almonds (optional)
  • 2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 9 oz. garlic cheese
  • Tabasco or Worcestershire (I use about 2 tbsp. Worcestershire)

Directions

    Saute onion in half of the margarine.

    Add broccoli and simmer until tender.
  3. 3
    Add remainder of ingredients and heat thoroughly.
  4. 4
    Serve hot with Fritos or other chips.
