- 2 c. corn (canned or fresh)
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Grate or chop the corn; add the boiling water and onion.

2Cook for 15 minutes.

3Strain.

4Melt the butter in top of a double boiler and stir in the flour.

5Blend.

6Add the milk and seasonings.

7Stir in the strained corn pulp and cook for 10 minutes.

8Serve hot.
