Hot Broccoli Dip

- 2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
- 1 roll Kraft garlic cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 bunch green onions (5 to 7 stalks), chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 large can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in butter.

2Add flour, then cheese (cut up cheese into chunks, so it will melt quickly).

3Then add mushrooms and soup.

4Cook broccoli according to directions on package.

5Drain.

6Add to mixture.

7Heat the dip well, then pour into chafing dish and keep hot.

8Serve with Fritos.
