Hot Broccoli Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1/2 lb. oleo
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 4 to 5 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in 1-inch cubes
Directions

1Cook broccoli 1/2 time of directions.

2Drain and set aside on paper towel.

3Melt oleo in heavy, ovenproof saucepan.

4Saute onion and celery until soft.

5Add mushrooms and cook 3 to 4 minutes. Add soup and cheese, mixing well after each.

6Add broccoli and mix lightly.

7Cover and place in 300° oven until cheese melts, about 25 minutes.

8Do not overbake.

9Serve with chips or crackers.
