Hot Broccoli Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 ribs chopped celery
  • 1/2 large chopped onion
  • 1 small can mushroom pieces
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Saute celery, onions and mushroom pieces in margarine.

    Cook broccoli as directed on package and drain.

    Add mushroom soup to ingredients.

    Melt cheese either in microwave or double boiler. Combine all ingredients and serve hot.

    Serve with fresh vegetables or corn chips.
