Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar or Colby
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 3 c. milk, hot
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/3 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Melt 1/3 stick butter until clear. Add milk, salt, red pepper and flour.

    When mixed, add eggs, Velveeta, Colby or Cheddar and 1 tablespoon butter.

    Stir until dissolved. Do not boil.

    Assemble 4 slices toast, turkey and slice of ham. Top with cheese sauce, slice cooked bacon and slice of tomato.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Broil until bubbles.
