Spaghetti made with spaghetti squash

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 oz prego roasted garlic and herb
  • 4 oz prego Italian sausage and garlic
  • 1 ground black pepper
  • 1 garlic powder
  • small drizzle extra virgin olive oil

    Preheat oven @ 400 Use a chef's night and cut squash in half lengthwise, then use a soup spoon to gut out the seeds

    Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil ...and season to your liking.

    .I used pepper, salt, and galric place in oven for 1hr

    Place squash face down in pan add a lil bit of water to keep from drying out just enough to cover the bottom

    While squash in oven ground your beef ..drain then add your spaghetti sauce (I used prego ).

    ..season to your liking

    Take squash out of oven and let cool for a bit

    Use fork and scrap out yummy insides
