- 3 cups calvados (apple brandy)
- 7 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 7 tablespoons butter
- 12 cups unfiltered apple cider
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 12 cinnamon sticks
- whole nutmeg
Directions

1Combine Calvados, sugar, and butter in large sauce pan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and butter melts.

2Add cider and lemon juice; bring to low simmer but not a boil.

3Place cinnamon stick in each serving cup. Pour hot cider into cups and grate small amount of fresh nutmeg over each. Serve hot.
