- 1 c. margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 oz. rum flavoring
- cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- boiling water
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine butter, both sugars and spices; cream with mixer until light and fluffy.

2Beat in softened ice cream and rum until smooth.

3Turn into 4 cup freezer proof container.

4Store ice cream mixture in freezer.

5Mixture will not freeze solid.

6To serve, place 1/4 cup mixture in a mug and add 1/2 cup boiling water; blend well.

7Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

8Makes 12 to 14 servings.
