  • 2 medium heads of califlower( washed& cut up)
  • 10 Jalapeno peppers ( washed & sliced in half)
  • 3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt

    Wash clean cauliflower - peppers .

    Cut cauliflower up & slice peppers in half.

    Mix vinegar-water-sugar-salt-turmeric in a medium pot .

    Bring to a boil.

    Pack cauliflower- peppers in clean canning jars.

    I put 3 peppers in each jar.Pour Hot vinegar over them.

    Heat your canning lids as directed on box.

    Put on jars with your rings .

    Process for 30 minutes.

    ( cold pack ).

    Make sure your jars seal.

    Or you will either put on a new lid.

    Or store in frige.

    And eat.

    Let them sit for a while so the heat from the peppers works through.
