- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pkg. dried red crushed chili peppers
Directions

1Have cheeses at room temperature.

2Into a large bowl, blend by hand the cheeses, garlic and pecans.

3Form into long rolls.

4On wax paper, sprinkle the crushed peppers and roll the cheese rolls in the peppers.

5Enclose in the wrap, then fold and freeze.

6(The chili peppers can be put into a blender and pulverized; they blend into the cheese better.)
