  • 4 c. cooked chicken (in chunks)
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 jar chopped pimentos
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. each: salt and minced onion

    Combine ingredients.

    Place in large greased rectangular dish. Top with 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips mixed with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese and 2/3 cup toasted almonds.

    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

    Bake 25 minutes at 400°.
