- 4 c. cooked chicken (in chunks)
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 jar chopped pimentos
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. each: salt and minced onion
Directions

1Combine ingredients.

2Place in large greased rectangular dish. Top with 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips mixed with 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese and 2/3 cup toasted almonds.

3Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

4Bake 25 minutes at 400°.
