  • 3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. slivered, toasted almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. ReaLemon (reconstituted lemon juice)
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. chicken-flavored instant bouillon
  • 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chips and cheese.

    Mix well.

    Turn into a 1-quart baking dish.

    Top with chips.
