  • 4 c. chicken breasts, cut in pieces (about 6 medium breasts)
  • butter
  • Accent
  • 1 c. slivered almonds
  • 4 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 chopped onions
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 2 c. fresh rolled potato chips

    Fix the day before:

    Cook chicken breasts with a little butter, Accent and salt until tender.

    Cut in pieces; mix well all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.

    Put in large 13 x 9-inch heatproof dish.

    Put on top the next day the grated cheese and potato chips.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
