Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. diced cooked chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. diced onion
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. toasted almonds (plain, slivered are fine)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled and diced
  • 1 can diced pimento
  • 1 c. chopped celery

Directions

    Mix the soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice; pour over all the other ingredients.

    Put in buttered baking dish.

    Top with crumbled Rice Krispies.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
