  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 2 teaspoons chopped pimiento
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh breadcrumb
