  • 2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 lb beef stew meat
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can 20 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 can rotel with jalepeno or habenaro
  • 2 can Brooks hot chili beans
  • 2 envelope Mother Socorro`s chili seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

Directions

    Brown stew meat with onion and garlic.

    Brown ground beef with salt and pepper to taste.

    Drain grease off.

    Throw everything together in a big pot or crock pot and simmer on low for an hour or so.

    Serve with your favorite chili fixins.
