- 5 cans chopped green chilies
- 5 eggs
- 5 Tbsp. milk
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Drain chopped chilies thoroughly.

2Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and spread chilies evenly on the bottom.

3Sprinkle grated cheese over the chilies.

4Mix together the eggs and milk.

5Pour over top.

6Bake in a preheated 325° oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until mixture appears solid.

7Spread with a knife on Ritz crackers.
