Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. cocoa powder
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 10 c. powdered milk
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 1/3 c. Coffee-mate or Cremora

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a very large bowl, by hand!
  2. 2
    Be careful; don't make a cocoa dust cloud, like I did first time I made this mix.
  3. 3
    Store in airtight container; makes a lot and keeps well.
  4. 4
    I use a gallon jar with a wide lid.
