- 1 (8 qt. size) instant Carnation milk
- 1 lb. can sugar-free Nestle Quik
- 1 (6 oz.) jar Coffee-mate (1/3 low-fat, lite)
- 1 box powdered sugar, sifted if you wish (use less than 1 box if want less sweet)
Directions

1Mix well and store in large plastic container.

2Boil water. Put 3 to 4 tablespoons of chocolate mix in cup and fill with the water.
