  • 2 cups fresh mint leaves packed
  • 2 cups cilantro leaves fresh, packed
  • 2/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 jalapeno chilies seeded
  • 1 ginger piece fresh, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, 2-inch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

    Combine all ingredients except yogurt in processor and blend until very finely chopped.
