  • 1 can pear halves (#2 can)
  • 1 can pineapple chunks (#2 can)
  • 1 can sliced peaches (#2 can)
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Directions

    Drain fruit very well and place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Dot with butter.

    Mix brown sugar and spices and sprinkle over fruit.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour.

    Decorate with cherries.
