- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1 c. of sugar
- 1/2 c. of vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Bring the sugar, vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, and celery seed to a boil. Allow mixture to cool and pour over cabbage and onion. Refrigerate. Slaw will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
