- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups air-popped popcorn
- 1/2 cup finely chopped dried apricots
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 300°F. Grease and line 2 baking pans with parchment paper.

2Beat egg whites in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add sugar, beating until sugar dissolves. Transfer to large bowl; fold in coconut, sifted flour, then popcorn and apricots. Drop tablespoons of mixture about 2 inches apart on prepared pans.

3Bake about 20 mins. Cool in pans on wire rack.
