- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 (12 oz.) cans Shoe Peg white corn, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
- salt to taste
- 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers (optional)
Directions

1Melt margarine in small saucepan over low heat.

2Add cream cheese and stir until melted.

3Remove from heat.

4Combine cheese mixture with remaining ingredients in 2-quart baking dish.

5Add jalapeno peppers, if desired.

6Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes at 350°.
