- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 1/4 c. corn meal
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. garlic
- 1 large can chopped green chilies
- 1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Combine eggs, corn, corn meal, oil, garlic salt and baking soda in large bowl.

2Pour half of mix into a casserole.

3Top with chilies and half of cheese.

4Cover with remaining mixture and top with the balance of cheese.

5Bake at 450° for 45 minutes or until firm.

6Yields 8 to 10 servings.
