  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • dash of garlic powder
  • 2 cans drained Shoepeg corn
  • 1 small can chopped jalapeno peppers

Directions

    Place corn and jalapeno peppers in casserole dish.

    In saucepan, melt cream cheese with milk and margarine.

    Pour cheese mixture over corn and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.
