- 3 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat
- 8 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Stir in flour until bubbly.

3Add sour cream, cream cheese, sherry and Mozzarella cheese.

4Stir until smooth.

5Remove from heat, stir in parsley, onion and crabmeat.

6Pour into quiche dish or other shallow dish.

7Heat in microwave or oven.

8Then lightly brown under broiler.

9Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
