  • 1 can crab meat, drained saving liquid
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. crab liquid
  • 1 to 2 forks horseradish (optional)
  • chopped chives (for garnish)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Place softened cream cheese, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce and crab liquid in bowl and mix with mixer until creamy.

    Fold in minced onions, horseradish and crab meat. Put into greased casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.

    Garnish with chopped chives.

    Serve with crackers.
