- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 lb. backfin crab meat
- 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Blend all ingredients except crab meat and 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese in food processor.

3Fold in crab meat and put in serving dish.

4Bake for 45 minutes.

5Remove from oven, top with remaining cheese and paprika.

6Serve with mild crackers.
