- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 lb. peeled crawfish tails with fat
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- salt, pepper, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce to taste
- 8 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Saute green onions in butter.

2Stir in flour.

3Add crawfish tails and fat; continue to saute.

4Stir in mushrooms and seasoning.

5Fold in sour cream just before serving.

6Keep hot in chafing dish.

7To freeze, omit sour cream and add when ready to serve.
