- 1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Mix dissolved yeast, sugar, eggs and warm water.

2Add oil, salt and flour.

3Let stand 8 hours or overnight.

4Stir down in 3 parts. Roll out on floured board as pie crust; cut into eight sections (pie shape).

5Roll wide edge into the point (like crescent rolls). Place on cookie sheet.

6Let rise 6 hours (or less).

7Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350°.
