- 12 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 5 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. currants or raisins
Directions

1Mix in order listed.

2Cover, let rise until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours.

3Shape into rolls/buns, if desired brush with egg white.

4Let rise again.

5Cut crosses on top.

6Bake at 375° until golden brown.

7Pipe powdered sugar icing on crosses on top of buns.
