  • 1 (1 lb.) can sliced peaches or halves
  • 1 (1 lb.) can pear halves
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Directions

    Cut peaches and pears into bite size pieces.

    Combine fruits in 2-quart casserole.

    Blend margarine, brown sugar and curry powder.

    Spoon over fruit.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
