- 1 (16 oz.) can peach halves, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
- 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 tsp. curry powder
- maraschino cherries
Directions

1Arrange all fruit, except cherries, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish or 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Combine brown sugar, butter and curry powder; sprinkle over fruit.

3Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Garnish with maraschino cherries.

4Serve immediately.

5Fruit can also be served from chafing dish.

6Serve with ham.
