- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 small Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 can White House sliced apples
- 1 large can pineapple chunks
- 2 cans mixed fruit chunks
- 1 can Bing cherries, pitted
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Pick full beans.

2Snap as if to cook.

3Place them on a scaffle out in the sun.

4Stir them once or twice a day to dry quickly. When they are real dry, place them in cloth bags and hang them up. Or, you can place them in the freezer.

5To cook them, soak overnight.

6Next morning, rinse them good.

7Good with a chunk of fatback or ham hock with plenty of water.

8Salt to taste.

9Cook several hours, until beans are tender.
